Franchise Package

The following services are included in the initial franchise fee:

Exclusive Territories.
You will be granted an exclusive territory in which to operate, free from competition from other franchises and company-owned offices.

Site Selection & Lease Negotiation.
We will provide you with complete site selection and lease negotiation guidelines and help you secure a reasonably priced office space that will meet your needs. We will also help design the office space.

SetUp, Operations & Customer Service Manuals
The ANDY OnCall® Manuals are comprehensive, easy to use reference guides that cover every aspect of opening and managing your business in detail.

Training.
We will give you start-up and ongoing training. You and one other person will train at our home office in Chattanooga, Tennessee. After initial training, we will come to your location to help you start your business. Ongoing training will also provide you with ideas and services. We have developed "grand opening" marketing campaigns to launch your business, gain immediate market presence and attract customers.

Equipment & Supply Package.
We will help you obtain inexpensively the equipment and supplies you need.

Advertising, Promotions & Public Relations.
The "grand opening" campaign is one of a number of marketing campaigns we have developed. We will teach you how to use these campaigns to promote your ANDY OnCall® franchise and will teach you how to build your business cost-effectively.

Business Management.
Using our proven operating procedures, you can manage your business efficiently. Our consultants will teach you how to recruit, hire, train and motivate employees and manage human resources.

Field Support & Research Development.
Our field support staff will visit your office and serve as your business consultants. We are constantly researching new services, procedures and marketing opportunities to share with you.

Customer Relations.
We will teach you the customer service procedures we have developed to increase customer satisfaction and positive word-of-mouth advertising.
